In the 1960s, the father of modern electrophysiology, Dr. Brian Hoffman, theorized that segments of the PR interval of the PQRST waveform correlated to underlying anatomical structures of the heart.  Dr. Hoffman's paper may be found here.

Dr. Chen's Breakthrough

Now, PhysioSign's founder, Dr. Gary Chen, has not only confirmed Dr. Hoffman's theory but has also found a way to reliably record subwaveforms within the PQRST waveform and has determined how variations in these subwaveforms can predict heart disease.
