Ms. Kasha is a patent attorney and the managing member of Kasha Law LLC. She concentrates on Intellectual Property matters, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical and mechanical arts, focusing on a variety of technological and business method fields, including computer software, the Internet, optics, metrology, network security, digital and analog circuit design, semiconductor design and fabrication, computer hardware, communications, investment banking, and bioinformatics.
Prior to joining Kasha Law LLC, Ms. Kasha was of counsel with the Washington D.C. office of a large Houston based law firm. She has over 21 years of experience and has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
